Tina is the best realtor we have ever used.  I say that as a home buyer and seller of at least ten residential properties over the last 40 years.  Tina helped us find our current home five years ago. 

Last month Tina was at our side during a very difficult sale of a property tied up in Probate Court.  It took us over a year to sell due to issues with Probate and impatient buyers who found the Probate issues too complex.

Tina was assigned to us by a relocation company after the first realtor we were working with failed to find us a home. Needless to say we were hesitant. Tina was awesome...she met with us on a Friday night even when we were running late just to allow us to interview her. We explained all the issues we had had with our previous broken deal. Tina eased all of our fears. She gave us some resources we could use on our own to help us keep from getting into another deal that we would not be able to follow through with. Tina showed my mother-in-law and I 14 homes in 2 days. Narrowed it down to 4 and Tina arranged for a second look. We then narrowed it down to 2. Unfortunately our offer was not accepted on the first one but it was on the second choice. (Pretty sure it was my husband's first choice anyway). Our lender was also a referral from the relocation company. Although we had communicated well in advance that we wanted to use my husband's benefit we got down to 2 weeks before close and still did not have his certificate nor the clear to close. Tina went the extra mile in communicating with our processor to finally get us closed on our home. Tina always answered or returned our calls in a very timely manner. I will not hesitate to use her again when we sell our home. Thank you Tina for all that you do and continue to do!

Tina Peterson really is a one-of-a-kind realtor. Not only is she knowledgeable in all different kinds of real estate, but she is also highly personable. She truly understands the emotional side to purchasing a home and all the highs and lows, stress, and excitement that comes with it. My husband and I felt very comfortable with her and appreciated her advice at all stages of the search and purchase. She is on top of every single detail and always acts on the needs and best interest of her clients (without needing to be asked to do so or checked in on to make sure something is happening). I honestly cannot recommend Tina enough. My husband and I were first time home buyers and she was so patient and kind with us. We loved her so much, she ended up becoming my parents and sisters realtor as well. She explained everything to us, and made sure we understood everything before ever moving forward with anything...she also paid close attention to what we were looking for, which resulted in my family finding the perfect home. We are happy to say Tina is a very dear friend of our family and you would be lucky to have her on your side!

I cannot speak highly enough of the job Tina Peterson did on my home sale. It was a difficult short sale, which initially did not go through with the mortgage company. The result was a foreclosure. I had pretty much accepted the foreclosure when Tina stepped in and starting making calls. She was able to get the mortgage companies to re-open my short sale during the redemption period, and the sale of the house was finalized at the end of September, 2014. She made countless phone calls, follow ups, emails. She was ALWAYS available to me at any time, offering me guidance and telling me exactly what I needed to send in to the mortgage companies. She was able to keep my buyer around long enough for the sale to go through by constantly updating him on the status of the short sale. She will work in multiple areas and counties. She is the best realtor I have ever worked with. You will NOT find anyone more thorough and caring and honest.

Tina was amazing. Even though she has a busy schedule, she always made time to look at houses and never acted like we were a bother. We were picky and made several long trips to look at houses and Tina was always there and displayed patience as we tried to decide which house we wanted to bid on. She not only helped us buy a house, but she helped us sell our house. Tina has a good feel for the market and helped maximize the sale of our house for us and minimize our purchase with awesome negotiating, but made certain we got the house we wanted. Tina is a great real estate agent who fully supports you in any way she can in regards to purchasing a home. Tina was the best realtor we could of asked for when buying out first home! She was so patient and honest with us on any house we looked at! Tina was very helpful and patient as I was probably not the most run-of-the-mill buyer. She was very informative and has a great deal of knowledge of what and where I was looking. Tina is awesome!!!! My spouse and I are the complete opposite of each other (as some say we are like day and night). We were with another real estate agent for 2 1/2 years and 150 houses later, we decided that the agent didn't seem to understand what we wanted or was more concerned about his commission.

My name is Zelda and I am Erika's mother.  Tina was her real estate agent on a recent closing.  Although I live far away in South Georgia I was in constant contact with Erika during her process of buying a home.  I have bought and sold 3 homes and have had really good agents, however, I have never seen or heard of anyone that went "more than the extra mile" then Tina did on Erika's purchase.  There were may bumps in the road and Tina sorted them all out expediently and pitched in to do things certainly not expected of a real estate agent.
